Secretary of Energy Jennifer Granholm met at Berkeley Lab this week with the Secretary of Energy Advisory Board (SEAB). On Feb 25, the Lab hosted Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, Rep. Barbara Lee, Rep. Doris Matsui, UC President Michael Drake, and Intel CEO Patrick Gelsinger. Energy Secretary Granholm is visiting the Lab Friday. Parking lots near Building 50, the ALS, and the IGB will be reserved Friday morning. The shuttle stops at Buildings 50/70, 55, 90, and 91 will be closed between 10:15 and 11:30 a.m., and traffic will be slowed on Smoot Rd. during that time.
