All Zoom Meetings Required to Have One Security Option
Starting on August 1, all lbl.gov Zoom meetings and webinars must have one security option enabled (passcode, waiting room, or authentication). If the host selects no security option when scheduling, a waiting room will be enabled by default. Access to Commons Websites Temporarily Restricted
A recently announced vulnerability in the software that underlies commons.lbl.gov requires that the Lab temporarily restrict access to the site to only authenticated LBL accounts. Soft Phone Capability Increases Flexibility
The IT Division’s Telephone Services Center is modernizing its services and increasing flexibility by offering soft phone technology.
