The Progress Pride Flag was raised on June 1 at Berkeley Lab to celebrate the month of Pride. June is the anniversary of the Stonewall riots in 1969 as the sexual orientation and gender minorities community fought for civil rights and also the first Christopher Street Liberation Day March in 1970.
