A new COVID vaccine scheduling system is available for those who work or live in Contra Costa County. It allows you to search by date and location. Clinics are offered in Pleasant Hill, Richmond, San Pablo, Concord, San Ramon, Antioch, and Pittsburg. https://covidvaccine.cchealth.org/COVIDVaccine/
Anyone 16 or older who lives or works in Alameda or Contra Costa counties can schedule an appointment. It is open every day from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and has 17 drive-through lanes plus a pedestrian area. Register at myturn.ca.gov or by calling 833-422-4255. https://myturn.ca.gov/
Between June and September 2020, the Lab conducted four pulse surveys to assess employees’ challenges during the shelter in place and the impact of COVID-19. You can now upload your COVID vaccination card to the Lab’s new occupational health records system. Even if you don’t yet have your vaccine, you can go to clinic.lbl.gov and experience the new system as all employees have access. Veterans Affairs is offering COVID-19 vaccine appointments to all enrolled Veterans and their registered caregivers at multiple vaccine clinics in Northern California. Vaccines are administered by appointment only, and links can be found on the Veterans Employee Resource Group site. https://berkeleylab-erg.lbl.gov/veterans
If needed, employees can use paid administrative leave of up to four hours per dose for getting a COVID vaccination, whether the employee is working on site or a teleworker.
