N95 Masks Available for On-Site Workers

Uploading J&J Booster Information to OHR
The Lab’s Occupational Health Record (OHR) system has been updated to enable personnel who have received the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 booster shot to upload their vaccination records. COVID-19 Booster Dose Required By Feb. 28
As part of the Lab’s overall vaccination requirements, a COVID booster dose will be required by February 28, 2022. You can upload your updated vaccination card showing the original and booster vaccination information at clinic.lbl.gov. Report Any Positive COVID-19 Test to Health Services

COVID-19 Leave Options Reminder
The Lab offers several COVID-19 leave options, including Emergency Paid Sick Leave (EPSL), Administrative Leave to support obtaining vaccinations and boosters, and information on applying for COVID related Emergency Leave Donations if applicable. Offsite COVID Testing For Mission Essential Employees
The Lab is offering off-site COVID-19 testing in the Horseshoe Parking Lot (F Lot) from 7-10 a.m. on weekdays. This option is intended for mission essential Lab personnel who plan to work on site and who have recently gathered, traveled, or believe they might have been exposed.
