There are several ways the Lab can help with your commute including Wage Works which use pre-tax dollars to pay for public transit, and Guaranteed Ride Home which provides an emergency ride if you used public transit to get to work. According to SF Gate, the Richmond-San Rafael bridge is closed in both directions due to falling concrete. The CHP is working with Caltrans to determine the cause of the falling concrete. No estimated time of reopening has been provided. Be sure to check 511.org or other traffic monitoring sources to assess your best commute route.

More of the afternoon commute is in the dusk and dark in winter. According to safety experts, this makes it harder for drivers to see due to compromised depth perception, color recognition, and peripheral vision.
