Therese M. Leone has been named Chief Laboratory Counsel and will lead the Office of the Laboratory Counsel. Her appointment is effective July 1. The California Council on Science and Technology (CCST) has named Susan Hubbard, Associate Lab Director for the Earth & Environmental Sciences Area, as an appointee to their Board of Directors.
