The Lab is looking for volunteer help at the 2019 Nuclear Science Day for Scouts on Saturday, March 30th. Full and half-day assignments are available. All volunteers receive a T-shirt and full-day volunteers receive lunch.
Bobcat at Lab kicks off Wildlife Wednesday
There’s nothing like a bobcat sighting at our Molecular Foundry to kick off #WildlifeWednesday. The local bobcat made an appearance on the patio outside of the Foundry’s Theory facility.

FY19 Physical Inventory of Personal Property
An annual physical inventory of accountable personal property is a key requirement of the Lab’s property management program. The Lab’s annual inventory campaign starts Jan. 7, 2019. NERSC-9 Facility Upgrade Begins
Construction activities will begin in mid-December along Cyclotron Road near Building 59. Temporary fencing installation along the Cyclotron Road sidewalk won’t impede pedestrian access. This supports the deployment of the Perlmutter (NERSC-9) HPC system.
Topping Off a Telescope with New Tools to Explore Dark Energy
