Lab Scientists to Receive DOE Microelectronics Codesign Research Funding

Two microelectronics projects led by Lab scientists received DOE awards to accelerate advances in semiconductor microelectronics research. DOE Awards Lab, UC Berkeley $12.5 Million to Build Quantum Network Testbed

Berkeley Lab and UC Berkeley will be home to a cutting-edge quantum network testbed, thanks to a new five-year, $12.5 million funding award from the Department of Energy.
