Two microelectronics projects led by Lab scientists received DOE awards to accelerate advances in semiconductor microelectronics research. Berkeley Lab and UC Berkeley will be home to a cutting-edge quantum network testbed, thanks to a new five-year, $12.5 million funding award from the Department of Energy. The Office of Science Graduate Student Research (SCGSR) program is accepting applications through Nov. 10.
