Bay Area health officials require that face covers be worn indoors at public places effective immediately, no matter the vaccination status. COVID Self-Test Kits Available
COVID testing at the Lab is self-service. The testing kits are located in the Building 50 auditorium and Potter Street lobbies. Declaring Vaccination Status
The Lab requires all employees and affiliates working onsite to complete the COVID-19 Vaccine Declaration Questionnaire through the Medical Health Portal.
