Kristin Persson Named Molecular Foundry Director
Kristin Persson, a senior faculty scientist in the Energy Storage & Distributed Resources Division within the Energy Technologies Area at Berkeley Lab and director of the Materials Project, has been named director of the Molecular Foundry. Andrea Naranjo-Soledad and Shafeeq Ibraheem were the Lab’s two Bridge Fellows this summer. The Carnegie Institution for Science Board of Trustees recently elected three new board members, including Associate Lab Director for Biosciences Mary Maxon.
