Birkholzer Named Interim EESA ALD; Nico to Lead EGD

Jens Birkholzer has been named interim Associate Lab Director for EESA, replacing Susan Hubbard who is beginning a new role at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Reiner Kruecken to Lead Lab’s Nuclear Sciences Division

Reiner Kruecken, a nuclear physicist and current Deputy Director for Research at TRIUMF, Canada’s particle accelerator center, has been selected to serve as the next Division Director of the Nuclear Science Division.
