Onsite WW Wellness Sessions Begin Jan. 27
Health Services will host an onsite, 17-week session of the WW wellness program (formerly Weight Watchers), starting Jan. 27. Meetings are on Mondays, 11:30 a.m. to noon (weigh in at 11:15 p.m.). A new version of RSI Guard is now available and includes VirtualCoach tools in addition to BreakTimer, and AutoClick. Together, these tools make computer use safer and more productive.
