The Asian and Pacific Islander Employee Resource Group started during the pandemic, in part a response to hate crimes targeting Asian community members. For Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, API ERG members share their personal heritage stories. The Lab’s Lambda Alliance ERG invites employees to submit posters for a virtual poster session that will take place on June 3 from 1 to 2 p.m. This event is focused on experiences of the Sexual-Orientation and Gender Minority community and other minorities, emphasizing intersectionality. https://lambda.lbl.gov/pride-2021/sgm-poster-session

The UC Council of Chief Diversity Officers is hosting a Distinguished Scholars webinar on April 28 at 1 p.m. featuring Amani Allen.
