Most of Europe is now on the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Level 3 list for countries with widespread sustained spread of COVID-19, expanding the number of countries to which the Lab’s 14-day isolation policy applies. Your Health Plan’s Response to COVID-19
California health plans have been ordered to waive share of cost fees for medically necessary screening and testing for COVID-19.
