Lane Closure Near Grizzly Gate Tuesday and Wednesday
One lane of Centennial Road will be closed for repair work in a water vault across from Grizzly Gate on Centennial Road March 17-19 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Use caution in the area. Flaggers will be present to direct one-way traffic.
Pit Parking Lot Closed Tomorrow
The D (Pit) parking lot will be closed on Saturday, March 7, from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Employees who park there today should remove their vehicles this evening to avoid being blocked in.
Closure on Centennial Road on Monday
Centennial Road from Rim Way to Strawberry dam will have both lanes closed between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. on March 9. Grizzly and Strawberry Gates will be open as usual but are not accessible from the stadium direction. Doug Brunkow has been at the Lab for 13 years, supporting science by recycling Lab land to build research facilities. His team has reclaimed land in Old Town and Bayview. Downtown Shuttle Stop Moving Tomorrow
Due to ongoing construction in downtown Berkeley, the Lab’s main shuttle stop will move Tuesday, March 3, from its current location on Shattuck Ave. west back to its original location on Shattuck Ave. east, near the corner of Addison. It is anticipated the stop will remain in this location.
