Traffic Impact on Glaser Road on Sept. 26
To remove dead pine trees, the stairs below Bldg. 77 will be closed, and traffic on Glaser Road will be controlled by a flagger, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sept. 26. Vehicles may need to be rerouted. Single Lane Closure for S Road on Thursday and Friday
The southbound (downhill) lane of S Road located next to Building 26 will be closed this Thursday and Friday, Sept. 19 and 20, for road shoulder improvements. A flag crew will be on site to direct traffic around the lane closure. Lane Closure on Lawrence Road Near Bldg. 77 Tomorrow
On Thursday, Sept. 19, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., one lane of Lawrence Road below Building 77 will be closed and traffic control in place to accommodate debris removal.
New Stop Added to Morning Rockridge Shuttle Route
Beginning Sept. 16, the morning Rockridge shuttle route will add a stop on Telegraph at Alcatraz thanks to an employee suggestion. Glaser Road Closure Scheduled This Weekend
On Saturday, Sept. 14, and Sunday, Sept. 15, from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m., Glaser Road between Bldg. 32 and Lawrence Road will be closed to install new asphalt paving for the B77A Addition Project. ‘S’ Road Closed For Next Two Saturdays
‘S’ Road next to Building 26 and the power station will be closed on the next two Saturdays, Sept. 14 and Sept. 21, so improvement work can be done on the stormwater swale system. Tree Removal Tomorrow Requires Closure of V Parking Lot
Two trees located directly under transmission lines are being removed on Sept. 11. This will require the closure of the V lot (near Bldg. 72) from 6 a.m. to about midday. Staging will take place on the lower portion of Glaser road, so parking there will be blocked as well. Use caution in this area.
