Berkeley Lab’s Bill Collins (EESA) is among 82 scientists recognized by the American Geophysical Union for contributions to their scientific disciplines. Sustainable Berkeley Lab recently received a best-practice award at the 2019 California Higher Education Sustainability Conference. Jim Ciston and Jacklyn Gates are among researchers to receive the prestigious Presidential Early Career Award for Scientists and Engineers, the highest honor bestowed by the United States government on early-career researchers.
